Warranty

CaseMD offers a one-year limited warranty against any manufacturer defects. Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear (including damage to the powder coating, scratches, dents, etc.) or abnormal use. Abnormal use of the product includes structurally altering it or stressing it beyond the material’s physical limits. Warranty only applies to the original owner and proof of purchase is required.

To submit a warranty claim, enter your warranty details in our claim form. If your case qualifies for replacement, please allow up to two weeks for delivery. We will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number when your replacement case is shipped.

CaseMD is not liable for any damage, malfunction or reduced effectiveness of contents stored inside cases.

Care

Cases, accessories and parts are not dishwasher safe. Hand wash only.

Cases should not be soaked in hot water as it may affect the insulation and powder coat finish.

Clean cases with a mild dish soap and avoid abrasive chemicals.
