Shipping Policy
CaseMD offers free shipping on orders $29 or more. Free shipping is only valid to contiguous U.S. addresses. Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico do not qualify.
If a package is undeliverable, a refund will be processed for the item(s) less a 15% restocking fee.
Cutoff time for Expedited and Express orders is 1:00 PM CST. All Expedited or Express orders placed after 1:00 PM CST will be mailed the following business day.
Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Please note courier services have advised of potential delivery delays due to the impacts of COVID-19. Additional delays may be caused by inclement weather or other unforeseen events.
Orders placed for in-stock items will ship in 1-2 business days.

Sales Tax
The amount of sales tax charged with the order is estimated and may differ from the actual sales taxes ultimately charged. CaseMD does not accept reseller or sales tax exemption certificates.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your case, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund. The case must be in the original unused condition. Accessories and parts cannot be returned. Refunds are generally processed within four weeks of receiving your return. Shipping charges are not refundable. Buyer is responsible for cost of shipping returned items.
To initiate a return: Please complete our return form to acquire a RMA number. Please include a brief explanation of the problem with the case(s) and upload a copy of your original receipt(s). Include your RMA inside the package and mail to us at:
